Defense of the Ancients (DotA) developer Icefrog has dropped word that a project he’s been working on for Valve will be announced tomorrow through Game Informer.

“Hey guys, Game Informer dropped by the office last week to take a look at what I’ve been working on with the rest of the team over the last year,” wrote Icefrog on the official DotA site.

Last August, Valve filed a trademark for the “DotA” moniker. Might we see an RTS-style effort from Valve? We’ll find out soon enough.
