Last week we found out that some PlayStation 3 users who played The Walking Dead Episode 4: Around Every Corner were having their save files corrupted. The issue resulted in a lot of players having their data wiped, thus causing them to lose all of their content. Because The Walking Dead shifts based on player choices, it’s easy to see how something like this would be an issue.

Luckily, Telltale Games released a patch to fix up that nasty problem over the weekend. “Updated last night: A patch has been released for PS3 users of ‘The Walking Dead: Episode Four‘ that will fix an issue related to save data,” tweeted the adventure game developer.

It’s good to know that this bug was addressed so speedily. Here’s hoping PlayStation 3 owners can continue to enjoy their choice-heavy zombie-slaying experience without any further hitches.
