Get PS Vita One Week Early By Pre-Ordering First Edition Bundle

While Sony announced this month that PS Vita will reach US and Canadian shores on February 22, there will be a way to score one a week earlier. How? SCEA hardware marketing director John Koller comes clean with details on the official PS Blog, revealing a PS Vita First Edition bundle. Those who pre-order the bundle at “participating retailers” will have the opportunity to pick up their Vita starting February 15.

Ringing in at $349.99, the First Edition bundle includes a 3G + Wi-Fi Vita unit, a limited edition case, 4GB PS Vita Memory Card, and Little Deviants game.

The Canadian bundle is $299.99, including a Wi-Fi only Vita unit instead of 3G. Considering we’ve recently learned that Memory Cards are required to play many Vita titles, this is one of the better launch bundles we’ve seen, though it’s a shame the Wi-Fi only option isn’t planned for the states.
