This is actually happening. Duke Nukem Forever is now available for pre-purchase on Steam, with the added bonus of 10 percent off.

There’s still no word on when the long-awaited early access demo that was promised to Borderlands purchasers will drop, but with the game’s release only a month out, we imagine it’ll be soon. As revealed earlier, all copies of DNF integrate with Valve’s Steamworks suite, which includes perks like auto-updating, achievements, and cloud saving.
