Rumor has it that Microsoft is preparing to “soft launch” a new version of the Xbox 360 Core and Premium by September at the latest. Reportedly, the revised hardware will sport a quieter DVD drive (BenQ?), a standard HDMI port, and power-saving 65nm process technology for the CPU.
