According to a report from The Financial Times Germany, Microsoft will announce a price cut for its Xbox 360 console tomorrow in European territories. The report echoes rumors that have been floating around since last week.

Citing sources at various retail outlets, FT reports that that Xbox 360 Arcade will receive a price reduction from €280 to €199, while the Pro model will get a smaller price cut, down to €299 from €349.
