In a recent interview, Microsoft’s Chris Satchell revealed that they will wait and see how demand for motion-sensitive controllers pan out before developing their own controller similar to the PS3’s SIXAXIS or Wiimote. MS says they have yet to see any "kick ass" Wii game that has fully utilized the motion sensing aspect of the controller to the extent of its capabilities.
