Microsoft Extends Xbox 360 Warranty Coverage

In an open letter to the Xbox community, Peter Moore revealed that Microsoft has decided to extend their warranty coverage for the Xbox 360. Any console that is subject to the three flashing red lights will be covered by a three-year warranty plan. Microsoft will repair the console free of charge – including shipping – for three years from the console’s purchase date.

Also, any customer who has previously paid for problems related to the error will be reimbursed. Even better, Microsoft says they’ve tracked down the problem and have made the necessary improvements to its console.

It's about bloody time they track that "problem". Perhaps I should send my X360 in anyway for them to make the improvements on my system. XD
