Microsoft kicked off its Dream-Build-Play game development contest today, offering aspiring game developers the opportunity to showcase their innovation and talent to the world. The contest is not only for fun though, with a $10,000 grand prize and the opportunity for a winner’s game to be published on Xbox Live Arcade.
