Microsoft today announced that Knothole Island, the first major expansion set for Xbox 360 RPG title Fable II, will hit Live worldwide on January 13. It’ll carry a price of 800 MS Points ($10), which is fairly reasonable considering the sheer size of this pack.

For those that missed the initial announcement, Knothole Island is comprised of three new dungeon areas, along with six new weapons and a bevy of character costumes. A free update will also be provided to all Fable II players, offering an assortment of free gifts and items straight from Knothole.
