The Xbox 360 RPG Blue Dragon has proved popular enough to get its own animated TV series in Japan. Key Mistwalker figures are expected to be involved in the show’s development such as Hironobu Sakaguchi, creator of the Final Fantasy series, and composer Nobuo Uematsu.

The show will begin April 7 and will air every Saturday at 9 a.m. on Television Tokyo, while fans in the US are still waiting to play the game! But don’t worry, Blue Dragon is scheduled to hit North American shores sometime in June 2007.
