Apparently the rumors are true, this month’s Game Informer says that a black Xbox 360 with larger 120GB hard drive, HDMI output and an HDMI cable will retail for approximately US $479. No HD-DVD playback, as a reputable source at Microsoft said the format is not proven yet.

Before walking this off as an April Fools Joke, think again – the senior editor over at GI confirmed that they don’t post fake news stories in their April mag. Look for an official announcement from Microsoft soon if this is indeed true.
