A few days ago, Ben of Bizarre Creations posted on the company’s forums, explaining that we would not see different times of day “per city” in Project Gotham Racing 4 due to space constraints with the DVD format. So, they did what most other studios have done, and created a dynamic weather system.

From this statement some people got the idea that DVD was holding back PGR4. Not true, according to Bizarre “DVD9 gives us more than we need to create a fabulous experience for you guys.” Want proof? Click the image above.
