Rumors are abound that UK-based developer Rare will lift the media gates on its next entry in the Banjo Kazooie series next month on May 13. One member of the European press caught a glimpse of the game and seemed quite impressed:

I went to Rare to see the game two weeks ago and let me just say that this is the biggest evidence of the return of great Rare I’ve seen in quite a while… and the teaser site will all make sense, when the game is unveiled (embargo is lifted the 13th of May).

Not surprising, considering Rare launched an all-new teaser site for the game last month. We all knew information on the title was imminent. But anyway, keep an eye out for this one. The original Banjo Kazooie was without a doubt one of the most impressive platforming titles on Nintendo 64, so my hopes are fairly high.
