On the official Smash Bros site, Nintendo designer Masahiro Sakurai revealed that Brawl will introduce a new feature to the series that allows players to save replay videos onto their SD Card. Have other players on your Wii Friends List? Then you can send them your saved videos, too.

Up to three minutes of gameplay footage can be saved. Granted this is nothing new, we’ve seen features similar to this in other games (Halo 3 comes to mind), but I wasn’t expecting it in Brawl. Glad that it’s now added.
