Reggie: Wii Hardware Supply Increase In Time For Holidays

Speaking in a recent interview with the Mercury News, Nintendo president Reggie Fils-Aime promised an “unprecedented” Wii hardware supply in North America for this holiday season.
The good news is that we’re flowing more and more product into the marketplace and the amount of Wii hardware [that] will be in North American stores will be unprecedented — substantially more than the launch, substantially more than has been seen to date.
Substantially more units than what was available at launch? Great! However, given that there is a high level of demand for the Wii, Reggie warns that it will still be rather difficult to get your hands on one this holiday season.
