Nintendo: No Metroid Dread

The message in Metroid Prime 3 which hinted that Metroid Dread was in the works? It’s all Bollocks! CVG recently caught up with Nintendo and asked them about the game, here’s the response:
Nintendo is not making the 2D Metroid at this point in time
On a positive note, at least that’s not outright denial. It could happen in the future. Still, not the news we wanted to hear.
