Key Figures Leave Nintendo
by June 6, 2007 @ 7:13 pm

According to Game Informer, close to 90 percent of the Nintendo of America Sales and Marketing Staff have decided to take leave of the company and opt for a severance package, rather than relocate to the company’s new offices in San Francisco and New York.
Those leaving the company include Senior Director of Public Relations Beth Llewelyn, Vice President of Marking and Corporate Affairs Perrin Kaplan, and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications George Harrison.
Keep in mind that this bit of news still has yet to be confirmed and there has been no word on when or if the positions will be filled. Though, the source does appear to be credible. If true, the only two major executives remaining at Nintendo of America will include Chairman and CEO Tatsumi Kimishima and President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime.
