Jenga Drops On Wii, DS

Atari has announced plans to publish Jenga for the Wii and Nintendo DS, a world famous wooden block tower building game. Developed by Atomic Planet, Jenga will include both a single player and multiplayer mode, complete with a wealth of exciting new enhancements, power-ups and twists. How will the controls work? Atari explains:

Players of the Wii version can get physical with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers as they battle to keep the Jenga tower from falling, while on the DS the touch screen provides equally intuitive control of the fast-paced action.

If the multiplayer is online, then it might just be worth a purchase. Otherwise, I see no point. Why spend $40 on a game like this when you can buy a real Jenga set for $10?

Still wouldn't pay that much for an online boardgame... Other than Monopoly
