Get ready to rock the rhythm, NGamer magazine has confirmed that Guitar Hero is on its way to Nintendo’s Wii. No word yet on whether the Wii will get the actual guitar peripheral that is available for purchase with the PS2 and Xbox 360 versions, or use the standard Wiimote controller.
