Known for the hit GameCube series Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and the oft-maligned PS3 title Lair, Factor 5 has confirmed that it is developing a new, exclusive Wii title. Although the Wii and GameCube are similar spec-wise, company president Julian Eggebrecht confirmed in a phone conversion with IGN that the new title for Wii would not simply re-use the old engine from Rogue Squadron.

Beyond that, no further details were given. What could this mysterious title be? Turrican, perhaps?
