There’s no doubt that the Wii casual market is hot, extremely hot. Everyone wants a piece of the action, including companies like Take-Two, who are widely known for adult oriented games such as Manhunt and Grand Theft Auto.

Take-Two subsidiary Global Star Software announced today that they will be making the first step into this new market with the release of Carnival Games for Wii. Exactly as the title implies, Carnival Games will feature over 25 of the most popular games seen in midways and boardwalks around the world, including Clown Splash, Milk Can Toss, Nerves of Steel, Lucky Cups, Hoops, Day at the Races and the crowd-favorite Dunk Tank. The best part? They won’t be rigged.

In addition to the vast amount of mini games, Carnival Games will feature over 250 unique, upgradeable virtual prizes, ranging from a goldfish to a giant stuffed animal twice as big as you are.

Developed by Cat Daddy Games, look for Carnival Games to hit this Summer for an MSRP of $39.99. Check out the trailer above for some waggling gameplay footage.

... I wonder if ya get F'd in the A and never win, just like the real carnival. Or if the Wiimote will emit a cabage-like smell. Just musing...
