Developer Raphael has released a new PSP firmware plugin for both OE and M33 called JoySens. It allows you to tweak the analog stick’s sensitivity in various ways, allowing for more precise movement while playing an FPS for example.

Update: JoySens 1.11 released, adds button mapping configuration, an improved calibration method, a movement smooth factor, configuration save functionality, and an adjust parameter which controls the exponent of the adjustment function.
