Time Baby V12h

Homebrew developer Art has released an update to Time Baby, a multi-functional digital alarm clock with built-in MP3 playback support for the PSP.
Version 12h is a rather minor update, adding an option to adjust the contrast of the MP3 file browser for optimum viewing. The complete changelog is detailed below.
* Inverted highlighting for mp3 file browser is easier to see in sunlight.
* Title display scrolling enhancement in mp3 Player sub-display mode.
* Reordered sub display modes for more logical progression.
