Sony Offers Refunds To UK PSN Users

Following the reports of broken games available on the UK PSN, Sony has now responded by offering a full refund to gamers who bought PSone games Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer and MediEvil from the PlayStation Store.
You will be aware from the description of the product on PlayStation Store that some variation in functionality from the original PSone version is to be anticipated
However there appear to be more significant technical issues.
Suppose that means it’s a problem with the firmware, then. It’s likely we’ll see an update for these games eventually.
