PSPSeq 3.00

Homebrew developer Ethan Bordeaux mailed in today to let us know that he has released an update to PSPSeq, a powerful software synthesizer and sequencer for composing digital music on the PSP.

Version 3.00 features several enhancements, notably including faster loading and saving of sequencer data, a completely configurable color scheme, and improved envelope controls. The complete changelog can be found after the jump.

* loading and saving of synthesizer presets
* exponential frequency modifying envelopes for all generators
* memory optimizations allowing for handling up to 7 MBytes of samples
within a song
* FM generators improved to include feedback parameters
* per-step pan
* faster load/save of sequencer data
* configurable color schemes
* better envelope controls

PSPSeq is fully compatible with firmware 1.5 as well as Team M33’s custom firmware series. Detailed usage instructions can be found in the included readme and sample tracks are available for download at the author’s official site.
