PSPlorer v1.4 – File Management Application For PSP

by Mike Bendel May 2, 2008 @ 11:57 am

Developer pspZorba has released an update to PSPlorer, a file management utility for the PSP that allows users to browse the directory tree of their memory stick or the PSP’s flash memory. Additional application features include a built-in hex-editor and ad-hoc support for transferring files and folders between two PSP units.

New to version 1.4 is the ability to backup an inserted UMD in CSO format, as well as convert already dumped ISO files to CSO. For the complete changelog, look past the break.

* UMD backup in CSO format
* File conversion from ISO to CSO
* Transfer directories in ADHOC mode
* File and directory properties change (access right, creation/update/access dates) (WELL it’s not really new it was present in the homebrew but not in the doc)
* A single bug correction in the default value of the OSK virtual keyboard. The effect of the bug was that sometimes strange extra characters could be seen in the default value.
