PSP Custom Theme Converter 1.4.0.0

Following the recent firmware 5.0 release, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has updated its PSP custom theme converter utility to version 1.4.0.0. The update adds support for replacing new first-level icons found in firmware 4.0 and above, namely the “Internet Search” and “Account Management” items.

Note that themes built with this version of the custom theme converter are not backwards compatible with firmware older than 3.80.

Its amazing how sony keeps saying that everything like this is such a big deal, but all the themes, even the so called "premium" themes dont even compare to some of those user created ones.

they keep rollin out the software but cant seem to stand up for what the audience wants.
