PSP Custom Firmware 3.52-M33-3 Coming Soon

A member of Team M33 has revealed that an update to custom firmware 3.52 M33 is due for release tomorrow. The update will include UMD Video support, additional CPU speed settings, full access to flash2 and flash3 through USB, and compatibility with 3.30 in popsloader.

Recovery Menu:
-Added new CPU speed settings – 75 and 133
-Added access to flash2 and flash3
-Added “vshmenu” which allows you to dump a UMD to the PC

XMB:
-Added support for UMD VIDEO iso (Use vshmenu for selection)

And:
-Support for 3.30 in popsloader

The update is planned for release tomorrow, August 19.

Just another option to choose from I guess. 75 MHz is useful if you're looking to save battery life while in the XMB.

well flash3 is not used, shouldn't we put the recovery files in flash3?
but then the IPL makes the system read flash0, so is it still possible?
i've been thinking about this for a long timeXD

I suspect Sony will use flash3 with its upcoming PSP download service, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to place the recovery files there.

And anyways, putting the recovery files on flash3 would not lessen the chance of a brick.
