They are working on it!, but if u have 3.11 , you have to wait .. i have 3.11 too, and i just cant wait... i recently installed an 3.10 oe-a in other console, and i can tell you that is Amazing!

good things happen to those who wait ;) remember that ;) I waited a long time with my 2.60, then the update came, I waited months to try my new game, but I refused to because it had an update for 2.71 (it was tekken dark resurection)

does anyone know if theres news on a downgrader for 3.11? or how i can put 3.30 oe on my psp? bcoz im new to this custom firmware stuff and not really sure how i can put it on my psp without it stuffing up. can anyone help me?

You have to be on firmware 1.50 first before you can upgrade to oe.

Hi, Im new here.. and just want to say hey! Well I have a psp v 3.30, I was wondering if I DL the file, how would I be able to downgrade it??

Because I already DL the file onto my PC and extract it.. Wht do I do next??

You can't downgrade a 3.30 PSP.
