About time. Sony has announced that it is expanding its PSN integration effort with the ability to view collected trophies online at PlayStation.com.

By signing into the site with your PSN username and password starting tomorrow, you’ll be able to view all trophies from a web interface, just as if you were on your PS3. Additional information is provided, such as the exact time and date that each trophy was attained at.

Sony notes that this is only phase 1 of the rollout, promising that these features will be enhanced later this year, giving gamers “the ability to compare and sort trophies in new ways.” Furthermore, community manager Jeff Rubenstein mentioned that the inclusion of embeddable trophy data on PSN ID cards in the future is a “strong possibility.”
