Japan-based consumer electronics company PhotoFast has created a microSDHC to Memory Stick Pro Duo adapter that works with cards up to 8GB in size.

The CR-5300 adapter features support for both PSP models (PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 series) and will be available for purchase from European retailer Rejoy.se next month.

Major retailers, such as Amazon, are not taking pre-orders for the product as of yet.

Well... I'd get it if I had microsd of 4GB in size(which i don't). So I'll just live with my Sandisk Ultra II 4GB=p

Similar item has been on sale in eBay for a long time.
According to this: "If you use this adapter with 8GB microSD and you PSP couldn't format it, try format
the 8GB microSD on your PC using SDHC card reader then re-insert into this adapter to work around. PSP users need to load game to the microSD card then insert to MS adapter to get it to work, format directly on PSP will NOT work."
