The PSP is officially going Bronze in Japan. Boasting the same color PSP found in the Monster Hunter bundle package, the Matte Bronze Value Pack is set to hit Japanese retailers on April 24 at an MSRP of 23,800 yen ($228).

Available for a limited time only, the Bronze variation will include a pouch, a hand strap, a cloth, a 32MB Memory Stick Duo, and a D Terminal AV cable. Sony is recommending the unit to those who wish to experience the PSP’s diverse selection of entertainment offerings on a TV.

Separate from this announcement, Sony revealed plans to release an official standalone PSP cradle stand in Japan. Set to release on April 24, the cradle will retail for 4,800 yen and will come packaged with a mini PSP-compatible remote control. Sony will also offer a bundle package which includes the cradle and a D Terminal AV cable for 6,500 yen.
