Sakya’s lightweight yet feature-packed audio player LightMP3 is nearing closer to its final release, as the developer today released beta 2 of the application. The update features several noteworthy enhancements, including implementation of BenHur’s intraFont library for smoother text display, along with multi-language support and the ability to rate stored tracks on your memory stick.

Additions
* Switched to OSLib MOD, now supports intraFont
* New skin system (now all the elements can be moved, see skin.cfg) – font is defined in the skin.cfg file
* In the Media Library you can play a track pressing CROSS (like in the file browser)
* You can rate your tracks in the Media Library (CROSS + DPAD UP/DOWN)
* English, Italian, Portuguese and Russian languages added – many thanks to fabiom, coach777, Magic PSP
* Help screen (press L + R)
* You can add selected playlist to the current one (press START in the playlist browser)
* Directories are marked with a leading “/” in the file browser
* You can check a playlist with triangle (removes dead*links)
* Option for keys autorepeat interval
* “Top 100″ in media library
* Option to enable/disable splash screen
* “Browse All” now selectable in media library
* Cover displayed in file browser and in Media Library (stay 0.5 seconds on an item) – works only with folder.jpg and cover.jpg (does not read coverart images from ID3v2)
* Display now fades in and out when you toggle economy mode
* Music pause if you remove the headphones while listening to a trackBug fixes
* Playback of mono MP3 using libMAD
* Faster navigation between functions
* Crash in playlist editor when press UP, RIGHT or NOTE on an empty list
* Stop FLAC playback
* Analog was working also in HOLD

Wonderful, this is my favorite MP3 player for the PSP. Glad to see this is still getting updates with more features. Thank you Sakya !!!
