Gallery: R-Type Tactics

A couple days ago we reported that R-Type Tactics was coming to the PSP, and now the shoot ’em up maestros over at Irem have unveiled the first official screenshots of the game.
As the title implies, this R-Type game takes the series in a new direction with turn-based, tactical gameplay. Players will take turns with the enemy, making cautious movements and attacks across a grid. In addition to a vast single player campaign, the game will be backed up with an Ad-hoc based battle mode supporting multiple players.
