Final Fantasy IX Hitting North American PSN Soon

Have a nostalgic urge to replay a highly-lauded RPG classic from the PlayStation era? Sony and Square Enix have you covered. According to Squenix marketing VP Ami Blaire, Final Fantasy IX is set to hit PSN as a digital offering “soon” in North America.
Additional details, including an exact release date and pricing information, are forthcoming.
Considering it was released on the Japanese PSN last month, it’s nice to see such a quick turnaround time for once. We’re impressed. Hopefully this change of pace continues when it comes to keeping regional storefronts on an even keel.
