Dave Jaffe, the force behind hit titles such as God of War and Twisted Metal, has revealed on his personal blog that he has a “big” announcement to share this Friday.

…well big announcement for ME. It’s not like I’ll be revealing what game we’ve been working on, stuff like that. Well actually, I will be able to talk a little bit about ONE of the games for the first time…

What could he be referring to? Earlier last month he had posted some photos of a abandon office building. So, who knows, maybe the rumors are true and he is forming his own independent game studio.

By the way, the game he is referring to is most definitely not a new Twisted Metal game or God of War 3 as Jaffe states “the game a lot of you guys seems to think we are working on, we are not.” Bummer!
