Ever wanted to install custom XMB themes on your PSP, but weren’t confident enough to flash over the files? Good news, Poisonhzkj has now released a new OE plugin that allows you to install custom themes without the need of any risky flashing. With CXMB, custom themes can now be safely loaded from the memory stick and only the memory stick.
