Confirmed: Full PSP CPU Speed Unlocked

Sony has confirmed to Shacknews that developers now have access to the PSP’s full CPU speed – 333 MHz. Previously, developers were only able to run games at a maximum speed of 222 MHz (Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters running at 266 MHz is a myth, guys).
Sources tell me that the unlocking of the PSP’s full CPU speed does not affect previously released titles at this time. It is simply a feature developers now have access to with the firmware 3.5 SDK libraries.
