Speaking to Reuters, THQ senior vice president Bob Aniello said that the company’s forthcoming open-world romp Saints Row 2 has been pushed to October 14, back from its previously announced release date of August 26.

The move shifts Saints Row 2 into THQ’s third fiscal quarter. Aniello vaguely cited “product quality and marketing considerations” for the delay.
