In a recent investor presentation, publisher THQ confirmed that it will offer download content for its upcoming Volition developed open-world title Saints Row II.

But that’s it. No details were provided, so it’s impossible to make an informed guess as to what the content will entail. Could be anything – additional missions, costumes, areas, you name it. Additionally, THQ did not reveal when it plans to introduce the downloadable content.

Saints Row 2 is slated for an October 14 release on the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
