As part of an invite sent to press today, Tecmo revealed that they are poised to announce a “hot new title” on March 24. The announcement will follow with a 30 Q&A session with the game’s director, who went unnamed.

Interestingly, the event – which is not open to the public – is scheduled to take place at the PlayStation Store in Metreon. Meaning the title in question is without a doubt in development for a Sony platform, possibly even exclusive. We’ll know more on the 24th.
