In a savvy bit of cross-promotion, Sony has announced that Sweet Tooth of Twisted Metal fame will make his carnage-fuled appearance as a playable character in ModNation Racers tomorrow to coincide with Tuesday’s PSN update.

Backed by his not-so-innocent looking ice cream truck with triple barrel turrets planted just above the headlights, the privledge of taking gaming’s iconic hell-raising clown for a ride will set you back $1.99.

Unveiled during Sony’s E3 presser last month, Eat Sleep Play’s Twisted Metal reboot is slated for a 2011 release on PS3.
