Microsoft just announced yesterday that it was rolling out a Resident Evil 5 themed hardware bundle in Japan and of course, Sony is following suit. A special edition RE5 PS3 pack is scheduled to hit Japan on March 5, consisting of a 80GB equipped PS3, a copy of said game (obviously), and two Dual Shock 3 controllers — all for 48,980 yen (US $526). Also, the PS3 contained in the pack will feature a stylish TriCell logo etched at the top, along with the word Biohazard to the far right. Now, if only this would come to the states…
