PS3 Not Harder To Develop For, according to GRAW Team

Is the PlayStation 3 really harder to develop for? The answer is no, according to the team which worked on Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.
It’s not harder to develop on the PS3 than it is on the 360, it’s just a different console. Developers might says it’s harder because it just takes time to understand the technology, we’re still early in the lifecycle.
Makes sense. Looking back, the PS2 had the same problems of developers labeling it “hard to develop for.” Doesn’t seem to be the case now though, does it? Later in the console’s life cycle, we saw games that pushed the PS2 to its limits. God of War 2 for example.
