Pachter: Sony To Cut PS3 Price In 2008

Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter is at it again, predicting that Sony will cut the price of the PlayStation 3 early next year, in time for when Grand Theft Auto IV and big names like Metal Gear Solid 4 debut.
We do expect Sony to be in a position to cut the price of the PS3 in early 2008, when blockbuster games Grand Theft Auto IV and PS3 exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4 will launch,” he offered
Pachter also thinks Sony may once again cut the price of the PS2 this year, before the holidays to be exact. Both predictions are not that far fetched… but as always with analysts, let’s wait and see.
