Tecmo just sent out a media alert confirming that Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is heading exclusively to the PlayStation 3 this fall across all regions: North America, Japan, and Europe. Details are forthcoming and will be revealed at the invite-only event on March 24 at the local PlayStation Store in Metreon.

Additionally, the game will be featured as part of an 8-page cover story in the May 2009 issue of Official PlayStation Magazine. The article will include an interview with Team Ninja director and producer Yosuke Hayashi.
