Rockstar Games sends word that a variety of luxury and premium class vehicles are en route to Midnight Club: Los Angeles. Next week will see the release of “South Central Vehicle Pack 1,” featuring an Audi S5 and the Mercedes CL 65, along with the 2009 Eclipse GT, a tuner.

The following week will bring the aptly-titled South Central Vehicle Pack 2, which consists of 3 cares and a bonus motorcycle. With the purchase of the pack, players will be able to drift around the streets of LA in a Cadillac XLR V, Lancer Evolution X , or an Aston Martin DB9. And for those that prefer a more compact ride, there’s the Ducati 1098 R street bike.

Each pack will cost $2.99 via PSN, which translates to 240 MS points for those on Xbox Live. Accessing the content will require that the freely available South Central map expansion is installed.
