Square Enix today officially confirmed that Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, the PS2 remake of the 2004 GBA original, will hit North American store shelves on December 2.

With a storyline that bridges the gap between the original Kingdom Hearts and the sequel, the Chain of Memories remake boasts full 3D visuals, all-new voice-overs by David Gallagher and Haley Joel Osment, and the ability to play as Riku.
