In speaking to ananlyst Michael Patcher of Wedbush Morgan, Sony president Kaz Hirai commented that when developers realize the full potential of the PS3 that they will commence making games primarily for Sony’s machine and then ‘dumb it down’ for the Xbox 360. When this point is reached, Hirai believes that this is when the difference between the PS3 and 360 will be clear for everyone to see.
